Mission Statement:
We as parents and citizens of the Findlay area have established a non-profit, volunteer organization to benefit local area youths who wish to participate.  This program has been designed to promote foremost the safety of all participants through the use of certified equipment and the teaching of the proper fundamental skills necessary to avoid injury.  Other important goals of the program include building teamwork skills, physical conditioning, and enjoyment of the game.  This organization is not associated with any past or present football program.  Our mission is to promote equity and fairness among the teams and increase the interest of Findlay and surrounding area to participate in football.

This program is about:

Volunteers building the character of youth emphasizing the discipline necessary to achieve goals through hard work and determination.  Promoting equity among the teams by instituting a player draft.  The establishment of a non-profit organization using the dedication of volunteers and an elected board of directors to ensure the long-term success of the program.  Teaching the fundamentals of the sport of football and the basic athletic and mental skills necessary to compete in many sports.

This program is not about:

Winning at all costs.  Participation and learning proper fundamental techniques are of the utmost importance at this level.  Coaches and Parents, unless your enjoyment is based on the children's enjoyment.  Coaches and Parents are to encourage participants with positive feedback.
